Mr Halemane Muralikrishna is the Chief Technical Officer (Technical Information) with the Indian Council of Agricultural Research at Central Plantation Crops Research Institute, Kasaragod, Kerala. MSc and M.Phil in botany and MBA in marketing management. He is the administrator of this website. He has also done a course on intellectual property management. He has published a few research articles and more than 150 popular articles out of which 100 are available online. He being a farmer, hails from a village near Kumbla where he resides in his farmhouse along with his wife, mother and two children who are all together managing mixed farming with paddy, coconut, arecanut, cashew, agroforestry and dairy unit. He is practicing sustainable agriculture with recycling of biomass for household energy and cropping. He also has his passion of popularising science to the public. He is also interested in training the youth for science communication online. He is also a member of Indian Society of Plantation Crops, CAMPCO, Swadeshi Science Movement, Kerala (Vijnana Bharati) and Digitalwritopreneurs Hub.
