In today’s world of ecologically conscious people, sustainable farming holds relevance towards bright future. Cow-based natural farming has much more relevance due to its diverse nature. In South India there are a lot of plantation growers who practice farming. During a club house audio meeting the farmers shared their view regarding traditional lifestyles, cow worship, importance of various products from diary as well as by-products for sustainable agriculture in detail. The program was in Kannada language. Recycling of biomass is very efficient in this system of natural farming which enables the farmer to obtain a better yield from the crops and also lesser dependence for agricultural inputs from outside the farm.

Organic farming becomes meaningful when it is sustainable in terms of farm input efficiency and farmers income. Basic idea is to make the farmer self reliant for inputs and empower him to supply high quality organic products which makes the environment also sustainable for future generations. This way it is ecologically known as permaculture.
